End-of-Year Report

Hello friends!

The end of 2022 proved to be much busier than I anticipated. I didn’t get to cross all my T’s and dot all my I’s. But that’s OK.

My full-time job took up a large portion of my time and mental capacity. Between taking on more responsibilities and a building move, there was a lot going on. Still is. We’ve yet to move the office portions of the business, but that should happen over the next 2 weeks.

Despite our schedules, we insisted on finishing the year big with the little one. Christmas festivities, hockey game, and Avatar movie release were all on our musts list. None of it disappointed, and we’re all super excited for what 2023 will bring.

2022 held a lot of changes and opportunities. I didn’t read or write nearly as much as I would have liked, but the year brought lots of joy. We married in April and had a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Alaska. I’ve never felt happiness like I do now. Ecstatic doesn’t cover how I feel. We also began a new venture with the photography business. 2023 will be our year. ❤️

My goals this year are simple. I want to be a better human being. For my family, for my friends, and for my work. I think we all could strive for improvement.

I intend on putting a lot of focus into my writing and photography businesses. It’s time to turn my dreams into reality.

I’m not a resolutions kind of person. I have goals and visions. I have plans. I suppose it’s my own version of resolutions.
